At Accentuates Clothing, each item is carefully handmade to order with great attention to detail. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.

Turnaround Time

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be created and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
